Our mission is to create an organization and sponsor activities that help our players improve both their baseball skills and competitive approach.
All revenue, raised or collected, by the RBC will be spent exclusively in the support and/or promotion of the RBC, its players, fields and facilities. Participants in the RBC program are expected to pay ~50% less than teams run as for profit businesses.
RBC runs a full year program at the 13U and 14U levels. We also run high school summer tournament teams based on player demand.
The organization will seek opportunities to work with Grayslake Youth Baseball Association (GYBA) to improve the overall quality of play and enhance interest in the game of baseball. It is intended to complement GYBA’s mission.
The RBC will work with Grayslake North where mutual interests are served. The goal is cooperation.
The organizational mission is narrow in focus. Our focus is supporting the baseball activities of prospective Grayslake Central high school baseball players.
